Sean Snyder has over 3 decades of professional experience in the Information Technology industry with a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan Technological University.

He possesses expertise in pre- and post-sales consulting and solutions engineering focused on application performance management. He was responsible for developing technical sales, educational, and process documentation.

Volunteer Web Development

Beyond his career experience, Sean also has several years of experience serving in various volunteer service positions with an anonymous 12-step recovery fellowship serving Southeastern Michigan. 

During this tenure, Sean was responsible for a complete redesign and migration of the organization’s public website.

Nonprofit I.T. Experience

Via the aforementioned 12-step recovery volunteer service, Sean gained insight into the technical needs and reporting challenges faced by 501(c)(3) organizations.  

Also during this tenure, Sean implemented I.T. industry best practices into the organization’s Google Workspace account, and produced documentation to help new orient new service volunteers to the organization’s Google-based infrastructure.

Event Production Experience

Via the aforementioned 12-step recovery volunteer service, Sean was instrumental in producing the organization’s annual conference. Sean implemented online registration and modernized the in-person registration process for over 1,200 attendees annually.

After retiring from direct involvement in the annual conference, Sean was instrumental in completely rewriting the guidelines documentation for producing that annual convention.
